Tried to WALK by here on a PUBLIC sidewalk and was UNABLE to!!! Had to turn around and go back to SPRING St. and CROSS the street as the WHEELCHAIR I was pushing was not able to NAVIGATE the Tables and nearby Parking METER. Brought this to the attention of the owners of Stella Blu, the City of Nashua, and the Federal government. Sister of the owner of Stella Blu (Jennifer Bois) laughed and argued with me.
