Delicious food. Friendly people. Nice to kids. My daughter has to avoid gluten and dairy so BBQ has become our go-to on days when we’re out shopping for mom. The folks at Willie Jewell’s went out of their way, on more than one occasion, to make sure she got an awesome lunch. Their food is great and it comes out fast if you’re in the go. Prices are good too. Thanks to the team for making dad/daughter lunches fun and easy for us!

Food was okay. No complaints but it also didn't have any standout qualities. Service was terrible and confusing. We were two of only a handful of customers....yet our good sat on the window long enough we fetched it ourselves. The place has the vibe of having an identity crisis between chain fast food and sit down dining experience.

Went with co-workers who’ve been there before, and highly recommended it. I got the two meat, two side combo plate. I got the brisket and turkey. I would typically have done pulled pork, but just smoked some two weeks ago. The turkey was very disappointing, it was a pressed turkey loaf, rather than from a turkey breast or full turkey with no discernible smoke flavor at ring. The sides were good, and the brisket was dry. The food was OK, but I would look for a different barbecue place to try next time

Turkey Loaf and Dry Brisket. Squirting water to prevent drying out wouldn't be needed if you didn't trim all the fat off. Overpriced and overbreaded Okra. Its supposed to be a side...not an Appetizer.

The service was very good. You place your order at the counter, but the staff were very attentive and making sure everything was in order. It's not much on atmosphere, but is tastefully decorated and clean. My husband said the ribs were among the best he's had. The pulled pork, brisket and sausage were very good, too. The sides of baked beans, mac & cheese and corn bread were of good size and very tasty.
Food is decent. Service is awful. Once, I ordered online, went to pick it up and they didn’t have any wings for my order, but never bothered calling to tell me. Instead, they just let me wait 45 minutes and drive down there. Tonight, I ordered online a little after 5, went to pick it up and they were closed! People were drinking inside, so I banged on the window. I told them they took my money and order but now they’re closed. They couldn’t care less. Blamed the online ordering system, blamed me for being angy about it. Everything but take responsibility or have any empathy or even attempt to refund me. Again, a phone call to tell me they’re closed would have been fine. They told me I’d “have to get reimbursed”. Guess they want an expensive chargeback from their credit card company. Suit yourselves. I’ll never be back after this one.
