Small sandwich on small bread not grilled like it should be with butter and crispy, just lightly toasted. Small portions of beef for the price. I can buy bread and meat from hannaford and make 5 of these for the price and they will be better. I put all of the meat in half of the bread. I ate leftovers after that to fill me up because portions were too small. It's pretty much the size of my junior high school lunch sandwich I bought for 75 cents. In the last picture I have all of the meat in half the sandwich which is a legit amount of meat and I will properly grill it at home - crispy with fat in the pan. When you try and skimp the customer it never works out in the long run. I weighed the beef only and it was exactly 100 grams which is about 3.5 ounces or .21 pounds. That is a small portion for the price with chips. Restaurants will serve chips instead of fries because it is cheaper and easier, but the customer will choose fries 99% of the time.

Place is a hit or miss. They made the outer banks well then they made the Reuben very skimpy. Somebody else reviewed that they don’t put enough meat and I agree! Some of the young staff here have attitudeI only come here in a pinch very rarely now cause I’m not that impressed

Picked up some take out on September 6 2023 around 7pm the two gentlemen working were not only friendly but absolutely made the most fire food I've ever had from this food chain. I had the Philly's best extra wiz btw I'm a Philadelphian. These guys made my week! My man got the Alamo both were on point I will be returning especially if they are working I'm so ashamed I didn't get there names!I have not stopped eat dancing since I started my meal. Thank you

I got the Alamo wrap. Mine seems to be missing the avocado and the lettuce is very wet and soggy. It's ok but I wouldn't order again. Needs more sauce I think. Staff was wonderful tho!edit: there was some avocado

I stopped by the Concord NH location; my first time with Wrap City. The food choices were excellent. the homemade chips were delicious, although, be aware they sprinkle sugar on them for added flavor. I want to commend one team member in particular who impressed me during my visit. Although some of the younger team members in the kitchen area were expressing how overwhelmed they were because of the volume of orders coming in by phone and website, Michelle took orders at the front with a smile. She also noticed the need to sweep, clean and empty garbage receptacles and even extended apologies to customers for cleaning in front of them. She had a great attitude!

Everything at Wrap City is beyond amazing! The staff is very friendly and they make delicious food? I was in the hospital for 20 days, when I was able to eat "normal" food. I had my husband bring me their BBQ chicken flatbread pizza.

Food is good, they are pretty consistent and they've never gotten my order wrong and I always have a few modifications! The staff is super nice as well. My onlycomplaint is their homeade potato chips are sometimes too burnt for me to eat they're so hard, but when they're made right they're delicious!
