“The food is always pretty consistent, but unfortunately the prices charged are not. We order from here pretty often & order the same 2 sandwiches but the prices are different almost every time. Example, tonight the total was $ 18.32, the last time it was $19.43 & before that it was $ 18.87 & so on & so forth. If the order is always the same, the charge should be the same as well. I've been here in town for 40+ years, I remember when this location was called "The Pleasure House". Everyone there should be on the same page when it comes to ringing out a customer.“

“Stark House Tavern, the local watering hole. The only place where I can hate every ingredient in something and end up liking it (M-80s). The "North of the Border" tots? Immaculate. Imagine munchkins except they're mashed potatoes in a shell of deliciousness, smothered in gravy and cheese curds. Angels sing every time a plate of them gets put in front of me. The burgers? Perfect. As long as you dont order it well done like a buffoon.

My only gripe with this place is that it's not big enough but that's okay because they serve you beer in the "waiting room", which is enough to shut me up about waiting. Way better than the doctors office waiting room. My second only gripe is that I wish they had more options for Sours and Ciders, cause I love them and there's usually only 1 or 2. This is a "me" problem because I'm at Stark more than I'd like to admit, and get bored easily. They do have a good selection of Stouts, Porters and IPAs, which are essentially jet fuel in my humble opinion. The servers are also super nice! (yes I just left there a few hours ago).“

“I grew up in Bedford, NH and I can say hands down this is the pizza place to go. My family and I have been ordering from Pizza Mia for the last 15+ years or so. The service is great. The food is amazing. And the restaurant is always so welcoming. If you are in Bedford or driving by on 101, stop in for lunch. You won't be disappointed.“

“We are frequent flyers at the BrickHouse. Perry and his staff are quick, professional and very friendly. Staff always looks happy and the food is always amazing. This past weekend I had an event planned and we quickly had to find another location. I reached out to Perry and he was able to accommodate all of our guests in the wine bar upstairs. Even while hosting another event downstairs. Our bartender was great and the cocktails were amazing. Perry checked in with us often asking if we needed anything else. I highly recommend hosting an event here and be sure to check their Facebook page for the weekly entertainment they have.“
