Never had a bad experience ever till today. Rude unprofessional unorganized, couldn’t serve half the product offered and complained entire time that everything was on him. There were 5 other employees there. Sounds like poor leadership.
drove there yesterday because our dunkins was closed, knowing they were closing at 5 we got there at 430, waited in line for 25 min, as I got to the window to order they tell me sorry but we are now closed...I responded with I thought you close at 5? I've been here for 20 min waiting in this line...he says well I'm sorry but we leave at 5 so we are closing early....he was as rude as they come!!! I work in the customer service industry and that should not have happened that way!!!!
