“As someone who is gluten sensitive, I’m thrilled with the delicious gluten “light” options. I wouldn’t recommend them for those with Celiac based on a shared kitchen space, but for someone who is sensitive, Blue Loon has delicious options. The staff is very friendly with lots of comfortable size inclusive seating making for a great weekend morning.“
