“Went with energetic 2 year old and felt welcome by staff and other diners. We all shared the ramen- excellent! Though recommend leaving off jalapeño which was not authentic or contributing anything to the dish, a chili oil on the side would have been an awesome alternative. The beef lettuce wraps were also delicious, the mustard was a bit overpowering to the point it was more of a hamburger lettuce wrap, I couldn’t notice the Korean marinade as much, which was what I’d really been looking forward to. Finally, we had the salmon with Brussels sprouts and rice, absolutely perfect, and served so hot we could still see the steam coming off till the last bite. The menu overall is so appetizing, I’d love to keep going back and try everything, great selection, quality ingredients, timely and polite service, comfortable atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: I was nervous to being a toddler in what seemed a bit fancier place from the outside (though she’s dined all over Europe and is quite used to the experience) but it was comfortable and welcoming, though I wouldn’t say aimed at families and kids.“
“My husband and I had a great meal. He had veal parm, it melted in your mouth. I had chicken picata, yummy. The penne pasta in both meals was al dente. The meals came with a nice side salad with italian dressing and fresh bread with great dipping oil. If you love Italian food and are in North Conway this is the place to go. Reservations recommended as they are verrrry popular.?“
“Pretty great! Ingredients are definitely top notch and their front desk staff were very nice. Their take on a chicken-bacon-ranch pizza is among the best I've tried. Super flavorful.Very pricey though, but of course this is to be expected when the place has "flatbread" in their name.Parking: Shares parking with several surrounding apartments, shops and lodges“
“The manager should make a note that the price for cade auit lait on the board is not the price on the register. The clerk told me that the board was very high up and they hadn't had a chance to change it yet.Unfortunately that's not NH law. Posted price is what you are supposed to pay.Just a minor annoyance and their food and coffee is always great the service is always smiling.I paid the new prices but they really need to change the board.“
“They know how to keep quality and quantity at the perfect ratio with a smile on their face. I go in frequently to grab a slice of pizza which is literally 1/4 of a pizza. Their slices are huge and delicious! They also do really well with their sandwiches! Can’t complain at all! Staff is friendly and quick.Parking: Parking out back is a little difficult because the lot is small but there’s plenty of parking on the street and other areas within walking distance. Really can’t complainKid-friendliness: My kid and I go here frequently since we live local but they have plenty of options that kids can enjoy as well“
“I called to have a custom baseball cake made for my son’s 1st Birthday and they were able to get it done in short notice over the weekend for us. I told them to give it their own twist and they made it in the shape of a ball! It was the best vanilla cake I’ve ever had!!! So impressed! Did not disappoint! Highly recommend this place for all your bakery needs!“
“Came here to celebrate my Vegan-niversy with some sweets -- so incredibly worth the drive out. Also got the buffalo wrap and it was a great combination of spicy and cool -- very well proportioned protein to veggie ratio and filling. But what REALLY takes the cake (pun intended) are the vegan baked goods! Got a s'mores bar and a raspberry bar: Only eaten the former thus far, and it was AMAZIING. Not a bad bite to be had - good size, not sickly sweet, and super satisfying with fabulous flavor. The only potential con (I was fine because I was in no hurry) is to be prepared for a wait -- especially if you order in person. There's only one lady and she's amazing, but she can only do so much. Be patient -- it's Worth it!“
“Max's Restaurant is the perfect combination of cozy and elegant, tucked away off the beaten path in the charming town of Eaton. As guests who typically stay right at Snowvillage Inn, it's so nice to be able to just walk downstairs to dinner, especially on those colder New Hampshire winter nights. From the servers to Darlene (the bartender) to owners Jennifer and Kevin, everyone at Max's is so hospitable and make you feel right at home. On my most recent stay at Snowvillage, we made a reservation at Max's on Friday night and planned on going out and exploring somewhere else in town for Saturday but we loved our meal so much, we ended up staying in both nights! On both nights we started with the ahi tuna nachos which were the perfect shareable appetizer. Night 1, I ordered the seared scallops which were perfectly cooked and were served over a parsnip puree and finished with a pomegranate molasses. So delicious, I could have licked the plate! And the salmon roe on top added a nice salty touch. Probably my favorite dish of the weekend! Night 2, I opted for the catch of the day, a delicious Asian-style halibut topped with seaweed and roasted garlicky mushrooms served over a bed of japonica rice. So flavorful! Don't skip out on dessert too! The flourless chocolate torte and New York style cheesecake were both the perfect sweet endings to a wonderful meal. We can't wait to return again very soon!“
“Had a dinner there last night with the wife. Have been here a few times over the years and it continues to impress. Had the Ribeye and was cooked to perfection. Wife had she shrimp and scallops and said it was amazing and filling. The staff - Emma and Matt give you such a welcoming too. Highly recommend.“
“As a stand-alone, fast food taco shop, it's not bad. They advertise fresh ingredients and offer a reasonably small menu to cut down on confusion. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, with street tacos and burritos being their main thing. They say everything is made in-house, which may be mostly true though their beans are definitely canned (they apparently don't know that canned beans have to be rinsed to remove can-sludge before serving). Is it Mexican? Not really, but it will probably do as "something different" in the North Conway area. At least, their tortillas and horchata seem authentic. If you are in a hurry, it's not bad. If you are looking for bonified, authentic Mexican cuisine, it's in the sit-down restaurant down near Hannifords.“
“We had breakfast here on Vacation from MA. It was my wife's birthday and we stopped in because my wifes nickname is Peach. We sat at a table that had been visited by couples from Brant Rock Marshfield, MA where I grew up and Fall River, MA. Loved all the notes left by others on napkins... such a nice added touch. The pancakes were bigger than the plate, and the crepes were too good to be true. I will absolutely go out of my way to visit again next time in NH. Can't say enough about this place!!“
“I had no complaints about my meal it was fantastic and came out at a good time, given the business for Valentines Day. The service was excellent. Our waitress answered any questions about the dishes we had and the management comped our appetizer for coming out with our main dishes even though we had no problem with it. They also have a lot of gluten free options and a very accommodating for food allergies. I would definitely eat here again!“
“This place is unreal- amazing food, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and incredibly clean. It’s hard to believe that their baked goods are gluten free! I think they are also dairy free. We got a bunch of things from their baked good case to try stuff out and everything was TOP notch. These people are experts in their craft! Go there!“
