Our second eating here. This is a great place to eat. Love the burgers, fries, and slaw. Everyone is very nice and atmosphere is wonderful.

Our volleyball team had trouble finding a location that would allow us take out at the dinner time rush on a Saturday evening. Kristen was fantastic and helped us make sure we got our order. The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional.

Good burgers, bad wait time (for food to arrive). Sat down in a half-full restaurant and waited 45 minutes to receive two burgers and an order of fries. If the kitchen can’t manage both eat-in and to-go orders on a Friday night, turn off to-go orders during peak hours. The person sitting at the bar who walked in 25 mins after us got his burger within 2 mins of when ours came out. Once it arrived, food was tasty.

It was a rainy day when we pulled into New London and we needed good burger to make us feel better. Ever had that need? That's when we found this neat little place and went in to get out of the weather. Charm and great smells helped us find a place to sit. Soon we had drinks and a order in the the chef to cook. The blues brother burger hit the spot! A layer of blue cheese along with a delicious tomato, lettuce, grilled onions... all fit between a delicious bun. Fries on the side. Rain? Who cares when you can sink your teeth into all that! Once we finished, the rain had stopped and we were on our way. Thanks, guys... it was a delightful time on our trip.

Beau and I visited for the first time and enjoyed the sunshine on the deck. The Big Brother Burger was delicious with the fries and Beau said the Zoey Steak was yummy! I loved the enthusiasm for dogs with water bowls outside. Took the Korean Tacos home and they were flavorful and tasty. We'll be back.

The place is cute and has outside seating, unfortunately the patio tables were dirty and stained.
All the food looked and tasted straight out of a freezer box, it was very oily greasy, and had no flavor.
The waitress was attentive to our needs, but unfortunately she spilled our food on the dirty table and didn't offer to change it.

Exactly two years ago I tried this burger place supposedly people say is good on the town square of new London. I watched the two cooks in the kitchen preparing the burger, no one else was even in the restaurant. They were staring at me laughing and dancing. The burger was served to me raw. Unfortunately because it cost about 19$ I ate an entire half of it. After that I had intense abdominal pain for more than a year. The patty was literally cold to the touch. Still frozen in the middle.

The same losers who made fun of you in high school are flipping burgers at little shop of burgers in new London, cheers

I called the day before to schedule the pickup of 21 orders for our volleyball team after a late scrimmage. I was put in touch with the manager to email the order at 2pm for an 8:30pm pickup. The menu had a good selection of offerings to give our players some good choices. Our team arrived hungry and the food was just finishing being packed up as we arrived. Everything was hot and delicious! We took our order to go to get a jump start on a long bus ride back home, but the restaurant had a great vibe also! Thank you! The team was impressed!

We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it fell short in every way. The service was extremely slow, although it was not that busy, we waited far too long for basic items like burgers and hot dogs. When the food finally arrived, it was a major letdown. The fries were burnt, and everything we ordered, a burger, chicken quesadilla, chicken tenders, and a hot dog, tasted bland and just poorly made. Nothing was flavorful. Sadly, not a place to recommend.
