We visited Fire and Spice when they were in Newfields, and again last night at their new location in Dover. Service was fantastic - and quick. Our server/bartender, hostess and "food-runner" were all very friendly and responsive. We started with the brussels/beet appetizer which was a bit sweet but very good. For dinner, my husband had the short ribs with mushroom risotto and I had the gyro. Both were excellent. The tzatsiki sauce on my gyro was over the top delicious, the pita was warm and there was so much of it that I get to have the rest for lunch today. The short ribs were tender and tasty, and the risotta was perfect. We will definitely be making this one of our regular stops!

Amazing food and I sincerely appreciate sure the amazing food that you put out that is also GF! We were fans when you were in Newfields, but this was our first time visiting in Dover. I love that you have kept the cozy, warm environment with more space! Our anniversary dinner was perfect tonight! The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was great, and the food…exceptional! Thank you!

Visited in a Sunday, place was pretty empty. The staff was kind and friendly but service was slow. They had a kids menu and on Sunday they serve breakfast until 3pm. They served real maple syrup, which was a nice plus. Location was great as we had been across the street at the children’s museum.
Fries were great.

Took our staff out for a company dinner here and had an amazing experience. Food was outstanding, the crack dip is a must try. Server was on point for our large group and prices were reasonable. Owner stopped by to check in as well. Would highly recommend for dinner!

Service was great. Everyone was super polite and apologetic when things went wrong. Drink order was wrong. My burger wasn't fully correct. Food for our 5 year old was spicy for some reason?! And since there was some crafting class going on it was insanely noisy. Food was just alright. And again, the waitress and staff were super kind and willing to fix everything. I just never send things back to the kitchen. Won't be coming back.

Kid-friendliness: We ordered the chicken thumbs for my 5 year old and she couldn't eat them. They were covered in black pepper to the point of making them spicy. Who does that for a kids meal?!?!

Really pleased with our first dining experience here! My significant other and I went out for date night and the food was very delicious. I had the mushroom risotto with short ribs and he had the Thai chili steak tips. Everything was cooked perfectly and we will definitely be back! Our server Jo was super kind and very attentive!

The new location doesn't hold a candle to the old one. Feels like a high school gym. The wait staff bumped into my chair every time they walked past.
Our "appetizer" came out 20 seconds before or meal. I ordered a smash burger, and it was 2 patties 3/4" thick and only took up 1/2 of the bun. Not to mention, it was overcooked.

Overall great experience, Sandy the hostess was amazing to meet and deal with. Food was pricey and was a little wait, but everything being homemade made it really worth it.

I am glad to say that I think this is going to be one of my go-to dinner spots in town from now on. We just came in for the first time tonight, after seeing a post about their Wednesday burger night. Both of our burgers were delicious, and mine (the Greek Burger) was the best turkey burger I have ever had. Seriously. I love that they have yucca fries as an option as well! So pleased with everything. We sat at the bar, experienced fantastic service, and I was wowed by how low our bill came out to for such a DELICIOUS dinner out in downtown Dover. We will certainly be back to try some of the other options on the menu, which all looked very unique and scrumptious ?Thank you!

It’s cute and the staff is really nice. The food is overpriced and not very good/poor quality and inconsistent. The servers seem inexperienced and not in touch with the kitchen.
