Food was good, but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with no “employees must wash hands” stickers. My only hope is that the kitchen was cleaner, but that doesn’t give me a lot of confidence. Questionable whether I will return to this location.

got charged me $5.00 extra for queso and guac that weren’t even in my burrito. they refunded me for the extras that I did not order..but they have not been credited back to my account.. its understandable that humans make mistakes, but money doesn’t grow on trees. It's certainly frustrating. It makes me question if I would want to go back to that location.

The service flat out sucked and ended up making the good suck because he thought he was funny. First he balled up the burrito of the girl in front of me so bad she couldn't eat it in the tortilla.Then when I asked for extra corn salads he proceeded to scoop five more spoonfuls onto my bowl . I think someone needs to learn that play time shouldn't be while making someone else's food.

It's been a while since I've been in this location, basically anyone in here was acting like they didn't want to be here. Completely rude no enthusiasm, shortened the portions and just arrogant attitudes. Won't be back anytime soon. The one in Portsmouth is infinitely better.
They run out of veggies quick most of the time. It sucks when your don't eat meat. But their sofritas (vegan) is realllllllly just amazing. I get their burrito bowls with guac, veggies, and sofritas EVERY TIME. Service is more often slow, so if you're ina time crunch, may not be the best spot to hit. If you are in leasure, go for it.

I love Chipotle. Solid lunch option or for a quick and easy dinner for the kids. The servers are super nice. This place is absolutely filthy though. Not a clean table to be found. The men’s room was a horror show. A urine soaked calamity. Pretty gross. Next time maybe I’ll come with some Lysol wipes.

Update:So I did the below review on the Door Dash. App. When I go to submit my review, it requires a photo to submit the review. Where I work, we don't get time to eat and we eat in between customers and activities. In my review I stated it was cold when it was received as well there was only 4 pieces of meat inside. What should I do, open up the food before I eat it in case there is an issue with it? Come on Man!I ordered the extra cost Carnitas Asada for an extra $3.50. Not only did I receive a cold burrito with a stale wrap, but I had 4 pieces of meat! This seems to be a norm for take out orders that I've done and our delivery location from the store is literally 1.5 miles up the road. As of Covid the size of the burrito is a third the size as well and just not a good value any longer and along with the poor quality and lack of ingredients, makes it quite difficult to order delivery. I don't usually have an issue when I go in store but delivery for me moving forward is out. I just thought you should understand and this is the segments from the two other persons who just received their meal.
