Wonderful little spot. The Nashville Hot sandwich was the Best we’ve ever had. Drinks and desert were superb. Best wait staff too
So good!!! Lobster roll, specials.. salads.
Just had dinner at the Watershed. It was superb!!! Great atmosphere, staff attentive and food was excellent. Will be coming back again!

Watershed Restaurant in Newmarket is a favorite spot for many. The food is fresh, seasonal, creative, and delicious, with a nice selection on the menu. Guests have enjoyed Shrimp & Grits, Wagyu ravioli, Cod Fish with Risotto, and Salmon with Mashed. The drinks are well crafted, and an excellent GF IPA is available. The restaurant is very GF focused, with a dedicated gluten free fryer, making it a great choice for those with Celiac. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and lovely. The atmosphere is welcoming, the restaurant is clean, and there is a nice seating area. Watershed also caters weddings, providing farm-to-table food from a local vendor. The team offers personal yet professional service and worked with a couple to create a vegetarian menu that accommodated various allergies and dietary preferences. The halloumi cheese sticks come highly recommended. Whether for a wedding, other event, or just an excellent meal prepared from local and seasonal ingredients with expertise, Watershed is highly recommended. It is a great addition to Newmarket.
