My wife has been inside in a line for 45 minutes. She called me and said she's never seen people move so slow. Like sloths! I'm waiting in the parking lot and have been told by others they waited an hour then left! For 2 frigging burgers at BK!?
Terrible service can’t get an order right cold chicken sandwich, no salt on the fries and missed the rodeo burger in our order horrible horrible service Oh and never mind if you need to use the restroom because the whole thing shut down other than drive-through.
I’m a local customer and I’m super frustrated!!! In the last month I have tried 3 times to stop on my way home from work and go to the drive through and once I get there it’s closed off with 3 cones. Ok so all the lights are on inside and out so I park and go to order inside ..door is locked no sorry.. we are closed nothing! Again tonight about 8:30- 8:45 all lights are on ..? Drive through closed , head over to order inside , door is locked ….GRRrr !!!!
