Bar staff and tour guide was amazing. Very friendly. Super knowledgeable about their product and made exceptional cocktails. Product was on point. Very well made and being all organic was really cool. Will def be back next time I’m up in North Conway.
This is a must-stop every time we're in North Conway. We took a tour of the facility during our past visit and Michael was an excellent host. It was clear how passionate he is about Cathedral Ledge and we learned a lot about the whole process. Highly recommended!
Found these guys at the Big E. Although a bummer I couldnt taste it (I assume restrictions with the permitting with the Big E, etc) - I spoke to the sales man/ representative and decided to go with the 5 year aged (bottled since Fall of 2021). I'm happy with it! and would recommend it! I'm bummed because we live in CT and theyre in NH. We use to have a property pretty close to here but we sold it years ago. The cocktails have received high praise for being amazing, and the spirits are all organic, adding to their appeal. With its nice aesthetic, including views of the distillery and barrels, Cathedral Ledge is recommended as the place for the best locally crafted spirits in North Conway. The distillery features a beautiful bar in the front, and it's worth visiting just to see the process, as well as to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The distillery is also dog-friendly, and customers can enjoy their drinks outside at the picnic tables.
