“This is definitely my favorite Irish restaurant/pub and wish it was closer to me. The decor is pretty cool and unique. My family and I enjoyed dining there. The service and food were fantastic.
I had an Irish coffee with Bailey's and it was so good I had to have another. For my meal, I did the Irish sampler; 3 bowls consisting of Shepard's pie, beef stew, and pot pie. All were amazing but my favorites were the beef stew then the Shepard's pie. Overall, a great spot for some Irish food and can't wait to go back!“

“We love to stop here for beers and buffalo tenders before kickball every Monday. Love the deep stowage IPA and sunfish wheat ale. Spicy peach margarita gets an honorable mention. Bartenders are cool & service is great. Football is always on“

“Good food. Great ambience. Nice staff. Warm vibe. We had dinner Friday night, 9-26-25. Our poor waiter, nice fellow. He had a table of 10. At the end they gave him 5 credit cards. After he split the check, they argued for 5 separate checks. Absolutely selfish group of people. Would not leave the waiter alone and each argued about their check. Totally rude people who couldn't read the room or that it was peak dinner time. Our dinner was excellent and we left our waiter a nice tip cause I believe he handled that situation better than most would have.“

“I had to come here and post a story that happened to a couple buddies and I a few years ago and how helpful muddy moose is . We were out fishing over the long weekend in may, it’s later in the evening and my one buddy says man wouldn’t it be cool to get a poutine ? Of course we all agree so we bust a phone out in the boat, search muddy moose up quick and hit dial not really paying much attention to it . Anyhow some very nice lady answers and we ask if they are still open to which she replies “ yes we are for another 30 min” . Well we’re like game on ! So we ask for three poutines to which the kind lady replies “ what’s a poutine “ answering her question kind of scratching our heads? How could you not know what this is ? Anyhow I’m sure we sounded hick with the frogs, boat motor, and three Canadians chirping each other through the call. She says oh yes we can make that for you and can have it in a bag for when you get here . Well now we are racing across a lake , jumping in a truck , racing down a muddy back road , down the highway , and yes we had about it two minutes to spare when we got to the Moose . When I ran in the door asking for our order a friend of ours is like “ uh dudes the grill has been closed for an hour” ??? We called the wrong muddy moose …. 🫎 we called you guys 1500km away . Woops . We ended up calling back after realizing our mistake , boy did we laugh , the lady couldn’t stop laughing either . We offered to pay over the phone but the lady said it was an honest mistake and a funny one and that she would offer up the poutines for a couple guests in the store . Good times . When I can get down there on my bike I plan on planning a stop just to order a meal .“

“Just stopped in on a whim and ordered roast beef sandwiches. The beef was extremely tender. Some have complained that the beef was not flavorful. Without all the added salt, the beef taste came through loud and clear. My husband and I don’t need all the extra salt so it was definitely to our liking. Great friendly staff as well!“

“We've dined at this restaurant in the past and have enjoyed our meals. This year we decided to come up for Thanksgiving and have dinner there. We had reservations for 5:15 PM. When we got to the hotel, the waiting area was packed with a lot of people. We waited1 hour and 15 minutes and we were finally sat at our table at 6:30 PM. Seems like they overbooked the amount of people. They should've been going around the waiting area, offering people a complementary cocktail or a glass of wine or some sort of beverage. A lot of people in the waiting area sounded very frustrated. We finally sat down and our server came over and she was very nice. Obviously tired and overworked from a very stressful day. I can't remember her name, but she had long blond hair, was very pleasant and had a nice smile. By the time we sat, the dining area started thinning out. By the way, we like the remodel and the redecorating! My partner had the corn chowder for an appetizer, and I had the beet salad. He enjoyed his corn chowder, and I thought the beet salad was excellent. I could have had another one and I would've been satisfied! We both started with a glass of wine. My partner wanted to order the prime rib, but our server told him that it was probably medium well so he decided not to order that and we both had the turkey dinners. I have to say that the food was very good. The kitchen must've been working really hard to get the meals out. We had asked for bread because we saw it at other tables, but by the time it was our turn there was no bread left. For dessert my partner had the pecan whiskey tart and I had the pumpkin cheesecake. Both of them were excellent, but I wish I had ordered the pecan whiskey tart because it was extra tasty . Before the tip it was $179. Overall, not a bad experience, but the wait was a bit of an inconvenience.“
