I absolutely loved this place. The smoothies were great and the sandwiches were well balanced in flavor. The atmosphere of the dining area combines the market was quite quaint. I would definitely go back if I’m ever traveling to NH again.

Excellent array of vegan (and non-vegan) food in a chill atmosphere. Definitely a lifesaver for vegans in the area.

Tasty sandwiches and a cute, clean seating area. Nice service too. We tried a smoothie which was not overly sweet, a Cuban sandwich and a tofu banh mi. All were great. Menu has plenty vegan options, and I liked that it’s environmentally conscious.

Food and drinks are always so good. Great vegan options if that’s what you’re looking for. Super friendly staff as well. Pastries are great too, we always plan a stop anytime in the area

Table+Tonic didn’t quite live up to the hype, especially considering the prices.
Tempeh Rueben Wrap: The Tempeh Rueben Wrap was decent, but not as flavorful as I had hoped. The tempeh was a bit dry, and the overall combination didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It was fine but didn’t justify the price tag.
Hummus Wrap: The Hummus Wrap was also just okay. The hummus tasted fresh, but the wrap itself felt a bit basic and underwhelming. The flavors were nice but not anything remarkable that would make me want to return for it.
Service: The service was average. The staff were polite, but the overall experience didn’t feel especially warm or personal. It didn’t stand out as memorable or exceptional.
Ambience: The ambience was great, though. It’s a cute little shop with a cozy vibe, perfect for a casual meal. The atmosphere made it a pleasant place to visit, even if the food didn’t quite live up to expectations.
Shop: The shop also sells a variety of interesting items, adding a little extra charm to the place. If you’re not there just for the food, it’s worth checking out the unique products they offer.
Overall, while Table+Tonic offers a nice atmosphere and some interesting items for sale, the food didn’t live up to the hype or the price, leaving me feeling underwhelmed.

There were plenty of vegan options and rotating soup offerings - we tried the chipotle sweet potato soup which was delicious and not too spicy at all. The tempeh Reuben wrap was packed with flavor and very filling. Their hummus wrap was pretty great too. If you want to try the bfast food, be sure to get there in the morning before they stop serving it around midday.
If only there were something like T&T where I live (south shore of Boston). Alas, I’ll have to wait until the next time I’m back in North Conway.
We went twice in our short trip (tried three times, but hadn’t noticed they’re closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Between these two trips, we had a London Fog (very good), a maple steamer (simply excellent and excellently simple), a scary berry green smoothie (very good), a turkey pesto melt (very tasty), and a couple of pastries (turtle something, which was okay and another pastry I can’t remember which was amazing).
Their dedication to locally sourced ingredients is notable. I do wish that there was an option for a non-plastic smoothie cup, especially since we chose to eat there.
But other than that, the atmosphere is warm and spacious.
Wish I could be there more often.

Came up to the area for a wedding. We had breakfast here. I had the breakfast burrito. It was delish. Hubby had a bacon egg and cheese on toast. He said it was great. Came back the next morning for a hot chai. It was awesome. The early Sunday morning vibe was quiet and peaceful. The little store attached has lovely gifts and som essentials. Playlist Sunday morning was so great as well.

I did a yoga class here in the morning which was amazing and then we enjoyed veggie sausage “egg” and cheez breakfast sandwiches and home fries, and grabbed a lunch to go of cold noodle salad and a ceasar salad. Everything was delicious, and I feel like I didn’t even scratch the surface on what was available!
Very good food with a cool atmosphere. Pretty expensive for sandwiches, but I don't mind paying the extra for fresh farm to table.
