Outstanding Customer Service from Molly at Al’s Restaurant I recently visited Al’s Restaurant and mistakenly thought the market side was still open. I was disappointed, thinking I had missed the chance to get their amazing fish cakes for dinner. On a whim, I approached the takeout window to ask if there was any chance we could still order them, fully expecting to be told it was too late. Molly, the young woman working at the window, didn’t hesitate for a second and she said, “Let me see what I can do to get you fish cakes from the market.” In a time when great customer service can be hard to come by, I wanted to take the time to thank Molly for her genuine helpfulness and initiative. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy the fish cakes we’d been looking forward to all day and left feeling incredibly valued as customers. Thank you, Molly, for turning what could have been a disappointment into a great experience. Al’s is lucky to have you!

Whenever we go to the coast , Al's is always on our list of places to go. We live in Western Vermont and we've been known to leave early in the morning, drive to Al's (3 hours) have a Great Seafood lunch , drive to the Ocean and head back home in the late afternoon. We'll bring a cooler , always , so we can bring seafood home from Al's seafood market as well.
