Old rundown and dirty, The pastries are homemade. The donuts they are great but all the other food is disgusting we got a croissant and it tasted like dirty griddle oil like nasty movie theater popcorn. The bacon was paper thin and the coffee was like mud. We've been here several times, each time it gets worse! we probably won't come back anymore.

Love this little place for breakfast! When you go in, the first thing you see is the table of fresh baked muffins, donuts, pecan rolls, croissants......mmmmmm good!!

I arrived at the establishment and was treated in a stupid way by the employee, I didn't recommend this place to anyone, I was passing through on a trip, I wanted a snack to eat, he said it was closed when the place was open

I can honestly say that this is a must stop gem in this little beach town of Hampton, NH.
I can't say enough good about the entire start to finish experience. Home made donuts for the same price as Dunkin that are simply amazing??? Try the honey dipped glazed and coffee crumb cake.
The absolute best poached eggs, over whatever you'd like, that I've ever had, anywhere even from home. It's hard to believe a simple egg could taste so delicious. It's like they broke the laws of physics!
I don't even like pumpkin in general, but I thought the pumpkin pancake, with real maple syrup and real butter was wonderful.
All and all, we came out because of the details in the good reviews, and were more than glad we did. Tyvm!

Nice little place, excellent muffins and donuts. Classic breakfast fare. Service is a bit slow. The person who seated us, took our drink order, but we had to flag someone else down after a long while.

WORST SERVICE EVER. WILL NEVER GO HERE again. Went in for breakfast today after being seated waited 10 minutes no waitress. People seated after us ordering already. Asked for a waitress and was told in a few minutes. After waiting another ten minutes I had no idea who my waitress was. Worst service ever. I got up and walked out after leaving some money for drinks which were served when seated.
