Me and my husband were out celebrating a new milestone for us and we just found this place driving by. We were instantly greeted with smiles and positive energy. We have never had such quick and pleasant service out to eat. The whole time we were in awe and honestly felt like celebrities. We didn’t have to ask for one thing, our server Danny just saw when things were empty and brought everything we needed without us even knowing we needed them. I have not had service like this EVER. Danny was so amazing and made us feel like we were the only people in the room. 5 stars doesn’t cut it!!!

My boyfriend and I typically stop in about once a week and absolutely love it here. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming but we especially love Danny, who usually waits on us - he's very outgoing and always makes time to stop and chat. His ability to remember customers' orders is incredible; something as small as bringing over my usual drink order when he comes over to greet us really goes a long way in making us feel valued as customers. It's clear Danny loves his job and his positivity is infectious.
The food is also amazing - the chicken wings, quesabirrias and molcajete tend to be our go to orders, but after trying much of the menu, we can confidently say there are no wrong decisions at Los Cantaros. Whether you're looking for a small bite or a larger meal, there are options for every appetite.

Amazing food, fantastic service, the only place I go for really good Mexican food. I'm from California, and part of my family is from Texas. This has been the best tasting, freshest and most delicious food I've tasted since I moved to NH. You won't be disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: We have a child with Celiac disease and she has a strict gluten free diet. She loves the carnitas as well as the chips and salsa. Not once has she gotten sick from eating at Los Cantaros.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, nice bathrooms.

Experience Summary: Our visit started promisingly with a young lady greeting us and kindly seating us at booth Table #B8. The restaurant wasn’t busy, with many tables empty around us, and a few guests seated a couple of tables away. The ambiance was pleasant with enjoyable music in the background. Unfortunately, the service quickly fell short of expectations.
Service and Dining Experience:
Initial Requests: Upon arrival, we requested a booster seat for our 2-year-old son but never received it. Despite following up with our server, DV, the request was overlooked.
Service Delays: It took our server DV over 30 minutes to attend to our table for the first time, even after we asked to speak to our server because our toddler was very thirsty. When the drinks finally arrived, the server forgot to provide a straw and carried bare straws in his palm without gloves, which is a direct violation of health codes.
Order Taking: When taking our order, DV appeared moody and was not polite, particularly rushing and intimidating my 12-year-old nephew, who is still learning to order at restaurants. We ordered tacos for myself, grilled chicken burritos for my wife and nephew, and tortillas for our son, which he never received despite multiple follow-ups. Kid likes to eat tortilla with the poblano sauce - weird but dont ask me why.
Food Quality: The food was excellent. We enjoyed our meals, but the delay and lack of service for our son’s meal was frustrating.
Follow-ups and Conclusion: After waiting 45 minutes since the rest of us got our food and following up multiple times, I requested to see our server again to remove an item from our order as we decided to go home and cook dinner for our son. DV finally appeared after about 15 minutes and offered to remove the item from the bill without apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. His dismissive response that they were "really busy" was unacceptable given the numerous empty tables.
Overall Impression: This experience was disappointing and highlighted a significant lack of basic service and courtesy. The server’s neglect, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude were glaring issues. We hope that the management addresses these problems and provides better training for their staff to ensure a positive dining experience for future guests.

We sat outside which was nice. However the tables are super close. I could have been sitting with the people next to me. The servers were all over the place. They took our drink order and recommended we order food at the same time because they were busy. I wasn’t ready but we waited for them to take our drink order so I figured I should order. People who came after us had their drinks before us. Servers were walking over to tables asking if the food they had was for them - multiple times by multiple servers. My food was NOT good. The fajitas plate didn’t come with rice. I waited a good 30 minutes for the bill. I really had high hopes. I wanted to love this place. I was so disappointed.
Food is excellent and there is so much food in the plate, the glass is well filled, the service is very professionnal and the restaurant looked clean !?

We waited nearly 5 min before the Bartender came around and sat us. Once that happened, he continued to serve us even though we were not sitting in the Bar. Stellar service. Loved our Margaritas.

Initially i was very excited to try this place i had always pointed it out and said it looked nice. Upon enter though we were greeted by two young men who seemed like they were both in training which wasn’t an issue, it took a few minutes for them to figure out what to do but we were seated fairly quick. Once seated it took about 25 minutes before our waiter even came to take our drink order, we decided that it be best to put our food order in once we got our drinks considering how long it took for him to just get our drinks to us. Luckily the food came out of very fast and was absolutely delicious! The first margarita I had was good just a standard margarita, but my partners beer was flat and tasted off, so we decided to order another round. My second margarita tasted off and his beer was flat out foul. We figured there was no point in saying anything since it was taking forever. Our server came over maybe once to ask us how everything was. And after waiting for 35 minutes I had to go and find him just to get our bill. We spent the better half of 2 hours just waiting on our server to do his job. To make matters worse the restaurant was not busy at all and on more than one occasion I saw our server sitting at a table on his phone. It’s astonishing to me that not one of the other staff members said anything to him or that management (who I also saw walking around) didn’t feel the need to step in and say something. I am truly not one to complain as I have worked in the service industry but this seemed more like a case of some young kid who just simply did not want to do his job. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE.
