A lifetime in New York teaches you that pizza is not food, it is truth. You grow up on slices that wire your palate forever, unforgettable and impossible to recreate once you leave. North of New Haven, you brace for disappointment the way commuters brace for delays on the F train. The house style here runs thicker, a regional comfort blanket. Fine, but not the stuff that corrupted me early and made compromise taste like cardboard. Then, through a quiet back and forth with the kitchen, another pie evolved. Razor thin, clean lined, crisp enough to snap, gone before your brain registers the half you just ate. It stays local enough to avoid cosplay, but hits with the instinct someone born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn can identify blindfolded. I ordered it so often, with such unspoken insistence, that they gave it its own button on the register and a name: The Ben. Curious? Ask for it. Say it like you mean it. They will know.
Only after the pie had its hooks in me did I clock the operating system behind the counter. Yanni and Manny and their fast operating kitchen team keep the place grounded, no snake oil, no TED Talk about dough hydration levels, just fundamentals executed like muscle memory. The counter carries its own charge: Manny lobs a dry line, Hajna, the girl with bangs, fires it back with a grin that lands before he sticks the ending. Not theater, just the kind of lived in voltage that keeps a spot from dissolving into the same beige quick serve purgatory littering every New England rotary. No salvation monologue here. Just this: the place clears a bar most joints above New Haven do not even realize exists. Five stars. Anything less is an evasion of the truth.

Stopped here for lunch after a long day in the office. Great environment and people. I didn't know what to get and the girl with bangs was super helpful.

I order from M&Y often and I've never been disappointed. Best pizza in the area...by far and the gelato is awesome. Highly recommended.
Is perfect place and employee the pizzas awsome
Easy online ordering. Ready early. Pizza and dessert- 10-10
I ordered a pizza online. The wait time was listed at l 30 minutes, with a text when completed.
After about an hour and a half, with no notifications, I decided to go to the store. my pizza is sitting on a rack. When I asked, they said it just came out.
The pizza itself was pretty good, but I was very unimpressed with the service.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Best pizza on the east coast. We stopped by on our way to Maine from VA, and that pizza hit the spot. Perfect crust with a nice sauce to cheese to topping ratio. The pepperoni slices were immaculate big slices. The staff were the most welcoming kind people. The dessert options are made fresh and so good. Anything you get from here is amazing. It gives small town local hotspot. I will be returning!
Great pizza and great service!

Just love this place. Staff is great, good is great. Can have it to go or eat in. You know they love what they are doing and it shows!
Decent subs, pizza, icecream. - smileless service.
The food? Makes up for a lot. Prices?
Well.... as is the norm now... ridiculous pizza prices.... subs are marginally okay in price.
Icecream - over-priced but very decent.
***Pizza that's actually good in this area and surrounding areas, is meh. - M&Y excels. - Best around imo. 🤙
Got a Large Extra Cheese for my Birthday and it was awesome. Always a great Pizza up there with Regina's North End and Mamma Lisa's in Somerville. Just wish they would deliver through DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Love the white pizza with spinach and onion
