Ron Jillian's Ristorante and Pizziera

Love the food. I was disappointed that we were told we couldn’t sit in a booth. She said the booths were All reserved. We had a toddler who does so much better in a booth. I honestly considered walking out. We ate and left and only 2 parties came in and used the booth leaving approximately 95 percent of the booths open.

We had a wonderful family dinner last night. Food was amazing and the staff wonderful!

My family Came to have a nice dinner while on our vacation. They seated us saying that the server was busy and didn't know when she would be over to take our order. Service was not the best and they were so unorganized. We ordered our food. I ordered a salad for my dinner and we got Mozzella sticks to start. My dinner salad came out first.... So I just put it aside and waited to eat it. Then our Mozzella sticks come out afterwards, (honestly the sticks were really good! Homemade) after all that we waited for a good 30-45 minutes for our meal. Meanwhile we can hear the people behind and next to us complain about the food and or service. We get the food and my mom starts to eat her lasagna and it's totally frozen inside. So she sent it back, and didn't want anything else since we were already there for a good hour. After we ate I could hear a customer up at the entrance complaining that she had called in an order to go and had to wait a good 25 minutes for after they said it was almost done. She was pissed and the hostess said that the kitchen made it wrong the first time but didn't think of telling the woman, instead they just made her wait. When she got her food you could tell she was livid about it and they didn't even give her a discount even tho she waited much longer than she should've. Honestly I would never go back. Waiting an hour for frozen food is bullshit. Thumbs down from us!

Great Italian food in the service was good as well. Unfortunately our to-go boxes were thrown out on accident but the waiter felt so bad he gave us dessert on the house.

The vault/ ron jillians is hands down the best bar i have been to. Chris is the best bartender around.

For 9 years Brianna and I have been going to Ron Jillian's for dinner for special occasions and celebrations. So when we first started our wedding planning and realized that Ron Jillian's did catering, it was a no-brainer.
The restaurant is known in the area for their quality as well as their portions and they did not disappoint on the big day. The staff was professional and everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. We even had a plate of the hors d'oeuvres that were passed out during the cocktail hour waiting for us when we got back.
The wedding guests all seemed to like our choice to have a buffet style service, which enabled some of the hungrier people to go back for seconds. And thirds.
I would recommend Ron Jillian's catering to anyone.

We had a party of 8 with no reservations. After a short wait we enjoyed an excellent meal. The service was great and overall the 3 hours we spent went by way too fast which means we enjoyed it all. Jillian's is one of the best restaurant's on the North Shore!

Just picked up my pizza. Ordered 1/2 Sausage, 1/2 GORGONZOLA. Hostess who took the order repeated it back to me and was very nice. Picked it up and half way home realized I had been give a pizza with pepperoni instead of Gorgonzola. Called to let RJ's know, Caitlin kindly offered a new pizza made with the correct toppings. I told her I could bring back the pizza, or even just the 1/2 pepperoni, since no one would eat it anyway. She told me to keep it, gratis. I drove home to deliver the pizza, so people could begin eating, planning to turn around and go back for the 1/2 with my favorite gorgonzola topping that I wanted. Walking in my door, I received a call from Caitlin saying that her boss wanted to "see the pizza" and that since I was coming back anyway could I bring it. I said I was standing in my doorway with it, ready to feed to company. She said her boss had to see the pizza to make a new one. I calmly tried to explain why this was 7 kinds of ridiculous, and I got the feeling that the polite hostess, who was put in a pretty awkward spot by her boss, agreed. I spent years in the restaurant and hospitality industry and this was the kind of embarrassing mistake I always took great pains to avoid. I will not be back, and I will share my story with others.

Terrible service. Two minutes after the soup and salad was served the main course appeared. No offer to hold the main just dropped it down in front of us.
Main course. Stop drowning everything in your signature red sauce. They pour it on by the bucket to the point that everything tastes like red sauce.
MacDonald atmosphere. Sorry MacDonalds
