The food is like all other Subways and the staff is friendly... The problem is that these days they seem to always only have 1 staff member working at a time.

This causes slow service at peak times and more annoyingly, they shut off online ordering and barely ever answer the phone. So, you can't order ahead and have to wait while they prepare your food.. and you also can't use any promo codes in store as they only work online. This has already doubled what I would've paid online with the promo code on several orders now.

I like Subway but these issues make me pretty much nolever eat here anymore.

Bad attitudes from all employees, clearly mad about my online order. Whining for online ordering to be shut off because the 2 subs from my order plus the two customers in line was just too much to handle for the 2 guys making subs. There was a third employee but she was spending her time during this insane lunch rush chatting with a couple of her friends at a table. If sub making is pushing these dudes to their limits they’re in for a rough life.

Not the best subs around but if you are ever in a rush this Subway location is friendly and the subs are stuffed. For the price - you can't go wrong.

Got out of the gym around 9:15 with plans of going home to fire up the grill - just to walk out to pouring rain. Decided I'd pop over to subway as a plan b. Chad helped me out and was very friendly, despite me walking in as he was cleaning up. Hard to find good employees, Chad seems to be one of them. Keep up the good work and friendly service.

As a long time customer of Subway. I wasn’t expecting my Outlaw sub to be sub standard.
The sub roll was clearly as stale as I’ve ever had.
The minimal toppings made it a little easier to justify throwing the second half away. Since it really wasn’t fit to eat.
Sorry Subway. Maybe I’ll see you in a couple years if ever. We gotta break up.

Absolutely horrified and disgusted. The employee by the name of Alison wiped their nose on their gloves and proceeded to make my food. I asked Alison to change gloves which happened, and then the employee (with new gloves) proceeded to wipe their nose again on their gloves and finish preparing the food. I tossed all of it out and will never return to this location!!

Of the Sybways my family and I have visited, this is hands down the best one yet. Super fresh bread, crisp fresh veggies and the meats were perfectly sliced. The customer service was phenomenal. Will visit this store again!!!
