I remembered that this was once a small store that sold British goods and my Mom and I would stop in to buy 📰 newspapers from the homeland, England. I always wanted to stop by this business but I was either busy or not hungry. Now I have had the chance!
The Tradewinds Smoothie 🥤 hit 🎯 the spot! Very good 👍! Friendly service! They have an outside fridge for online orders. My wait time was very short!
Even in the Fall 🍂, it was a pleasant wait.
I recommend a visit for a good smoothie 🥤. I hope to try their other drinks and waffles!

Just some advice - if you are short staffed and cannot continue service such as making smoothies / bowls (the main reason people come here) please put up a sign. We waiting in line just to be told at the register in a very snarky way with no consideration or even an apology, wasted our time not only stopping by but waiting in line. Do better

Honestly, the food/product is great, 5 out of 5. However, I can't continue going and be pressured to tip every time. An acai bowl is already $14 after tax, and then I am supposed to tip 20%? Please ask your employer for a raise, not your customers.

The new protein waffles are bomb!! There’s a full scoop of protein/21 grams in each order, yet it doesn’t have the weird protein powder taste. My favorite is the kind with blueberry lemon compote. The coffee is also really good. My son got an everything bagel with a smoothie, perfect combo. Makes it even better to be able to enjoy outside in the sun at one of the picnic tables. Definitely stop by ?

Ordered online, the app said the breakfast sandwiches would be ready by 7:30. Got there at 7:40......they said there were no mobile orders, then they found the order. Ok, stuff happens so we waited. We ordered 2 pirate bagel sandwiches. It's supposed to have sprouts......we had no sprouts, we had spinach. We asked for cream cheese instead of hummus. There was no hummus, but there was no cream cheese. We added bacon to both sandwiches for an $1.50 extra. There was 1.......count them 1 small strip. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Quality has definitely declined over the years. I got a J-Bay açaí bowl and was surprised with how small it was compared to competitors. Definitely not worthy of being a meal, as I was still hungry. The ingredient quality is also surprising. Processed sugary peanut butter, nothing organic, sweetened milks. Not the same level of healthy as I remember from years ago.I appreciate that the granola is gluten free, but wonder what it’s been subbed with as a result (sugar, oil, etc.)Not using compostable packaging, which is a bummer.

Seems to have gone downhill over the years. The size of açaí bowls is more of a snack than a meal. Mostly disappointed with their ingredient quality. I asked if the peanut butter was sweetened. She said yes, it’s massively sweetened, but I could swap for a fee to an unsweetened almond butter, or a natural peanut butter (that’s less sweetened). Almond milk is sweetened. Nothing is organic. I do, however, appreciate that the granola is GF. All bowls are topped with honey.

It pains me to say this. I wanted to like this place, but this is not a good first experience. I ordered a Matcha Latte and got coffee for some reason? I wanted to give it a a benefit of the doubt when I saw the color so I tried a sip, and it is straight up coffee. Unfortunately I can't drink coffee and had to dump it all out. It would have been nice to get what I paid for.
