The staff is friendly and the service is as fast as to be expected. However, I'm not a huge fan of dome lids & for about a month this place hasn't had normal covers & that is a huge disappointment to me because, the coffee enjoys my car more than I get to enjoy the coffee. The coffee gets everywhere and it's definitely not as sanitary. Normal covers and not the bottom of the barrel coffee this place would get an "A" from me. For now, it gets a "C"
Went through the drive thru in Ossipee, NH yesterday morning. Everyone was very friendly and my order was correct. Very nice customer service.
