I have been here a few times and the service is always terrible. Every time we struggle to flag someone down for a refill. It is so bad that on two occasions we never got the refills. We asked and were ignored. We won't return which is a shame because it's so close and their food really is good (except for the lobster rolls).

We came in on a Friday for lunch. It wasn’t too busy. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. She knew one of the local ladies’ order when the lady walked in-that’s good service. I had a fried seafood trio which was shrimp, haddock and scallops. We tried the sweet chili sauce on the shrimp and it was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Loud, slow, messy, and chaotic. We were not told about daily specials. We were told to go find a table with two sets of plastic forks on it. The waitress tossed a couple of menus on the table and walked away. After ordering, it was 35 minutes to receive the order. The prices were extremely high for the mediocre greasy food, plastic cups, plastic forks, and bare tables. The waitress was loud and blunt. It was almost like a military mess hall: Get 'em in, and get 'em out. At one point the watress yelled to the whole dining area: "I'm going downstairs now if anyone needs a beer!" No class & unprofessional. Will never go there again.

For not being on the cost, this place has killer seafood. Service was a bit rough to start, but to be fair we were there with a party of 11 (they don't take reservations). Aside from this, the lobster, seafood pasta, and onion rings are all great. Worth a try!
