We were visiting from warm Arizona and went to Mountainview Station. In a word PHENOMINAL!!!! I could not believe how amazing the food was. Being originally from NH and missing great seafood what a treat this place was. First off, the fish chowder. Absolutely the best I've had. So fresh, so flavorful and so damn good. 10 out of 10!!! Soon to be one of the Lost mysteries of New Hampshire. The quality of food here surpasses anything I've ever had in New Hampshire including the finest restaurants in Portsmouth. This business is family-owned and it definitely shows. The waitresses are very down-to-earth, and quality of food is spot on. The scallops are especially tastefull, and cooked in a light batter. What a great lunch! The food and service went hand in hand with excellence. Home cooked perfection in every bite. We got a bacon chicken wrap with fries and the haddock sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were amazing. Fries were both perfect. Sandwiches were cooked perfectly and freshly made.
