“We had the pleasure of getting our wedding cake from Jacques as part of our venue wedding package. They were fantastic to work with and made sure to explain everything up front so we knew what we were getting. I brought in inspo pictures and they made sure to make the most perfect cake to go with our celestial wedding theme. We got a three tiered cake. The bottom was chocolate with cookies and cream filling, the middle was vanilla with cookies and cream filling and the top was red velvet with buttercream filling and the entire cake was covered with their buttercream icing. The buttercream was super light, the chocolate and vanilla cake with the cookies and cream filling was perfect. We got so many compliments on look and taste from our guests. Would definitely utilize their services again in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking as well.”

“Tired from attending NASCAR race . Delighted we came across Veanos . Obviously a local favorite as the staff called many of customers by name . Dinner came quickly delivered by a very lovely attentive server . Two of us had meals of spaghetti, salad, 1beer , bread , side of sweet potatoes fries ( large portion done perfect ) and huge vegetarian sub . All for just less than $38.00 !!!!! Fantastic price for warm welcoming restaurant! Oh Im Italian and I recommend !”

The tenderest most flavorful brisket I have ever had, Smokey, sweet and spicy Texas Twinkie, and a tried and true delicous piece of cornbread to round out the best meal I’ve had in a long time. “I ordered a bowl that I thought had no added sugar due to a special diet I am strictly following, and after they made it the manager asked if I had been informed the base I choose did In fact have added sugar, which I had not been. She offered to remake it with the green base with cashew milk and make sure there was no added sugars in my bowl. Everything she did for me, was very appreciated and I love that I can go to Playa and treat myself while sticking to my plan. Thank you Playa!!”

Let’s break it down… first with parking, Plenty of wheelchair van spots, clearly marked and right near the entrance. No wrestling with curbs or weird ramps — just easy, level access that says “Welcome in!”,Smooth entry, no awkward doors or tight turns. Once you’re Inside? It’s spacious and The atmosphere is cozy, colorful, and fun without feeling overdone. It’s got that mix of local charm and polished style that makes you want to hang out a while. Plenty of room to roll, pivot, and park without knocking into someone’s filet mignon. Now this is where Red Blazer shines. Our table had three waitresses tag-teaming like a championship squad — refills, check-ins, and good vibes nonstop. The manager even made the rounds like a true hospitality pro, checking on guests and staff alike. Class act. now for the star of the show the FOOD. Every plate came out looking like it belonged on a magazine cover. Hot, fresh, and cooked just right. Portion sizes were spot-on — enough to fill you, not knock you out cold. “I had the recent pleasure of going to Revival and it was just that: a revival of the senses. It started with the atmosphere, giving off a sense of approachable fine dining. A friend and I sat at the bar and Jeffery was the bartender. He was extremely knowledgeable about flavors and their complexities, knowing precisely how to blend his flavors. He created a custom mocktail for me with my dietary restrictions in mind. The drink was phenomenal and I felt like I was able to partake in the social aspect of drinking without the effects of the spirits. We ordered a cheese plate that was phenomenal, followed by the mushroom bisque. The bisque was everything it should be and more, it was creamy without being heavy and full of earthy savory umami goodness from the mushrooms. I ordered the seafood cassoulet which did not disappoint at all. It was surprisingly light considering it is a bean stew. The beans were in a lemony, leek and fennel stock, which was contributed to the lightness of the beans. When it came time for dessert my friend and I shared bites of heavenly goodness. She ordered the Baileys Crème Brûlée and I ordered the Brown Butter Carrot Cake. Both were phenomenal, not overly sweet just perfect balance. Jeffrey kept us entertained the entire time of our visit and even the chef came out at one point and it was just an overall fantastic experience, the other waiters and waitresses that came by also engaged in conversation and all of the staff was pleasurable that we came in contact with. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to go back!”

“We normally eat here because the price and food quality is great. We go here often. Eat-in not takeout if you want to eat here. Today we decided to order and just pick the food up on our way home. My husbands meal was ordered with no onions or peppers (can’t have). When we got home, his meal had no onions but was full of peppers. His meal was $25. He called to see if he could get a credit for his meal the next time we came in because he couldn’t eat what he ordered. The gentleman he spoke with told him no. He needed to bring the meal back and they could make him a new one. It would be almost an hour round trip to take it back, it’s a Friday night & my husband wasn’t up to get back out after a long day at work. My husband offered to take a picture and show him that peppers were put in it. The gentleman at the restaurant told him that wouldn’t work and they needed to know that no one would eat the one with peppers. My husband let him know he would not be getting back out to bring them a meal to prove they indeed made a mistake. The guy stated that there was nothing he could do because there was no “proof” they made a mistake. Maybe it was a bad night for them, however we will not be ordering takeout from them ever again.”

“Went there with my significant other and her father. Walked in and I loved the ambience. Had some good music playing and it felt pretty inviting in there.

We got the chicken shawarma, goat with jollof rice, and chicken curry. The chicken curry might be one of the best dishes I’ve had in my life. It was such a good, fresh dish that didn’t carry too much spice but still kicked you a bit.

Staff was also super nice. The gentleman was attentive enough to where we had good conversation and he checked in when needed.
