Understaffed and super slow. Been going there for 11 years. Something changed. Orders are wrong. The wait is too long these days.

Only 2 people were working, stopped serving food through drive-through. The people working were swearing and when I got my sourdough sandwich, the eggs were cold cheese wasn't melted, bacon was cold and my bread wasn't even toasted.

I've visited this shop for 17 years. It has been steadily getting worse and worse to the point where I avoid going there. Most of the staff are pleasant. Some I look forward to seeing, others won't give you the time of day. However, most of my complaints stem from the lack of staff and training. Often there are only 1 or 2 employees to handle the drive thru and the counter. This must be stressful to the staff, which causes high turnover.I guarantee that the new staff is barely trained. This results in very slow service. I've waited 15+ minutes with only one car ahead of me. God forbid I stop by when there are 3 or 4 cars in line. Recently my orders are wrong or missing items almost daily. Products or ingredients are not available. Or the quality is sub par. Example: todays Hot Chocolate was merely brown water. Frequently the large hot chocolate is half full. Sandwiches are over cooked or undercooked. This store is being managed poorly, if at all. Please fix it.

Do not go here if you are not ready to wait 30mins. Been here twice and it’s taken 20+ minutes each time to get a coffee and donut.

I have stopped at this Dunkins several times, and I have yet to get a decent drink. The coffee is terrible, the chai tea latte was terrible, the October special pumpkin drink did NOT resemble the pic in the slightest (and no whipped cream), and today was the WORST strawberry coolata I have ever had. It was so sour, that I drove down the road to the Haverhill Mass Dunkins, and threw it away. But my BIGGEST complaint…I was charged $5.20 for a SMALL strawberry coolata. I questioned it when I got to the drive up (as I have NEVER paid that much at another Dunkins) and was told that is the price. I called the Stratham NH store, and they said it should be $3.93 including tax. When I got to the Haverhill store, it was also more than $1.00 less. The manager at the Plaistow store said that the stores are privately owned, and the owners set the prices. If that is really the case…1. The Plaistow store on Newton Rd needs a new manager…one who actually knows how to make the drinks that Dunks sells, and can properly train the staff. 2. Get a grip on reality, and don’t price gouge your customers for your subpar products when there is a better Dunks (with decent prices) just a few miles down the road! I will never go to this Dunkins again. I gave them every chance, and they’ve only gotten worse.

I bring my daughter in here all the time. We make the best of it because it’s close. I love the employees when they’re HAPPY. They are clearly understaffed (especially) during busy hours and I wouldn’t be in a good mood working in that atmosphere either. The manager yells at them and is SO rude to her “team”. She cusses and degrades them & does this clearly without a care who hears. These employees need to be treated better. Maybe then we’ll be happily greeted everytime and our orders will be made correctly because the employees aren’t going a hundred miles a minute. LOVE the staff. NOT the management. Do better.
