We have ordered ahead multiple times from this location and regularly have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for our order after our forecasted pickup time. If you are expecting quick and efficient service I'd recommend avoiding this particular location.
Try another Dunkin'. I went through the drive-thru twice when there were either no cars or only one car at the window. After waiting more than 10 minutes both times without anyone taking my order, I drove off and went to another Dunkin'. That's what I'd recommend doing.
