Dumplings were delicious. I had the pork belly sandwich which was ok not hot temp wise. My husband had Tom yum noodles with chicken and a shrimp avocado sandwich. His sandwich was not warm temp wise but his noodles were really yummy and spicy

Really, really liked the garlic & mushroom and traditional steamed buns. Tried the bbq and veggie ones too. We each got a rice bowl, which were a decent portion size and tasty. Ate in; atmosphere is quiet with seating overlooking the street for good people watching. Lots of people in and out picking up orders. Lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options too. Plenty on the menu to come here again and get something different.

We had a great dining experience at Bao 155 in Portsmouth, NH. We tried the pork belly bao sandwich, chicken teriyaki bowl, beef teriyaki bao, popcorn chicken, and the Nutella dessert bun. Every dish was packed with flavor, from the tender pork belly to the crispy popcorn chicken, and the Nutella dessert bun was a perfect sweet finish.
The service was excellent—friendly and quick—and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. We highly recommend Bao 155 and will definitely be back!

Just really hard to enjoy the food knowing how much it costs. Flavor is good but very sweet and if the pork belly sandwich was half the price and the noodles were $10 less I would be there all the time but it’s just too much

This place has no right being as delicious as it is... Pricier than hole-in-the-wall bun shops, but so so worth it. Their buns are fantastic -- both the filling and the DOUGH! Best steamed buns and "bun sandwiches" I've ever had. So much filling and so much flavor. Hard to recommend any one specific thing because everything so far is so good, but the pork belly bun sando, the Hat Yai bun, and the Garlic Mushroom steam bun are what I will be dreaming about eating again for the foreseeable future. Also great warm house sake. The staff are also so sweet and helpful. I will be back again and again to try the rest of the menu.

I was in town this past week from out of state. A good friend of mine took me here with the rest of our friend group.
Very casual, good food, and friendly service. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean.
Dietary restrictions: Can’t give specifics but my friend is allergic to almost everything under the sun and they still have suitable options for her to safely eat. Just let them know and they will most likely be able to accommodate.
