“Anneke Jans Kittery is truly a gem . Its elegant cozy atmosphere is so inviting and each time we go there it is the best dining experience. The open hearth kitchen visible from the dining room is beautiful !The service is always impeccable and every staff member is so friendly . They have a more formal dining room , or you can also dine in the bar area which is equally as cozy.The food is amazing every time we go and they have great cocktails . The owners are wonderful also and you feel so welcomed all the time .We both got a fish dish which was so well seasoned and delicious . They also have amazing vegetarian option which we have tried many times .It’s our favorite place for Birthdays , Anniversary or any other reason . In the summer they have a wonderful patio to dine in overlooking he whole Foreside .We can’t wait to go back !Vegetarian options: So delicious and innovative !“
