We walked in and looked at the donuts and I saw a fly a big one and I told the cashier about it whom also had yellow teeth and she said oh yea that fly and other flies have been doing that for forever and it’s normal and that those flies have touched ever donut there and more !!!!!!!!! Ordered from uber eats. Tell me how you get every single part of a small order wrong. Ordered a strawberry and vanilla frosted. Got two vanillas. Ordered a coffee with skim milk. Got black coffee. Ordered an apple juice for daughter. Got orange juice. Ordered a wake up wrap. The wrap was simply missing altogether. It’s actually impressive, to mess up an order this thoroughly. Of course, I can’t even get a full refund through uber eats. Come on people. Pathetic.

The service and the people working at the at this location is what gives it the most stars. Iced green tea, iced coffee, or hot coffee are my top suggestions.
The drinks are great but the food tastes rubbery, chemically, overly processed and bland/greasy. Not the flavorful greasy, the nasty kind of greasy.
Stay away from the food and you'll be fine!

Honestly this is one of the best Dunks I've been to. The sandwiches are fully cooked and they always get my order done quickly and correctly.
I don’t normally comment about things like this but drive through window lady was not very friendly and I was quite bothered by this. I said “thank you” a few times during the quick interaction and no response whatsoever. Also I said “have a nice day” and nothing either. Seemed bothered by having to do her job. I work in customer service and this is something that truly bothers me.

My sandwich is a MESS. Literally a pile and my FAIRLY simple coffee has no caramel. I get being busy but you get paid to do this and truly shouldn't. Pay should be deducted everytime food comes out looking THIS bad. Truly wish it gave me an option to post a picture for evidence.
