Very impressive. I stopped in here on a recent trip through Portsmouth just because I liked the name. Extremely well made beers, with authentic German styles, something that always makes me happy. Had an excellent bratwurst to go along, and it seemed to have a great, friendly local following on a weekday afternoon. I'll certainly be back on my next trip in the area.

Wow. This place started as a small hole-in-the-wall brewery and my goodness it is still an absolutely perfect hole-in-the-wall brewery. The difference from when they opened? An amazing patio, a fun and eccentric food menu, and so many unique styled beers to choose from. The aesthetic is impeccable, the bartenders are basically stand up comedians, the food is a perfect compliment an ice cold bevvy, and the people that come here are the localist of loc dogs. Great brews, great service! My sister and I stopped here during our Christmas shopping and not only was the beer good (I got the Bermuda Tattoo) but the Margarita was good as well as the hot dogs. Especially since the menu is so unique. Got the Tokyo Dog and I'm disappointed I don't live in the state because it's got to be one of the best hot dogs I've ever had! My sister got the pork schnitzel sandwich, let me have a bite and it was amazing. Thank you so much!!
