My sandwich is a MESS. Literally a pile and my FAIRLY simple coffee has no caramel. I get being busy but you get paid to do this and truly shouldn't. Pay should be deducted everytime food comes out looking THIS bad. Truly wish it gave me an option to post a picture for evidence.

The service was great! The food not so much. My brother and I both got breakfast sandwiches and neither of us ate them. He also got some donuts that he did not eat. He got an iced drink that was too sweet. I would not return.

I just had the worst costumer service in my life from a female staff member right as they were closing at the drive thru today. I will never go back and cafe espresso will have my business instead. My husband is in the food service industry and owned a restaurant in downtown Portsmouth for years we would never employ anyone like her.

Regularly closes over half and hour early. Which drives me nuts because I tend to drive by at 1:20 on my way to work in the afternoon and they have already closed the drive thru ? how am I supposed to run on Dunkin now?

I love Dunkin but I am tired of the walk-in being closed since they can't find help. How about close down the drive thru or just keep both open and handle as many as you can as fast as you are able. If we wait we wait. But this whole idea of the stores blocking out the walk-in customer is kind of terrible. What about all the people who live close and like to stop by. And on a side note if you want more help - pay more. Money talks.
