We came to Fezziwig’s while visiting our friends in NH. We do have a large party of 11 but only three tables total inside and out were taken. There was not a soul in line. We just wanted milkshakes for our kids after spending a day at the park. We were greeted rudely like we were not suppose to have kids and that they should not have to accommodate us even though we were paying customers. Extremely disappointed in being made to feel unwelcome as a paying customer with a family. We walked in to get ice cream for our kids and were told, “if we seat you we won’t have seating but for one other table”. There were tables inside and outside that were open and there was no line behind us. We paid for our ice cream, which was mediocre at best (except for the London Fog) and were sitting outside at the table to feed our young children since there was no other option...read full review
The pastries were fresh and crisp, the service was phenomenal and the decor was authentic
