My Boyfriend and I came to Portsmouth on vacation for the week. We walked in they seated us at a small metal table with two metal chairs near the cash register. I asked to be seated at a nicer table with a bench seat, they said they get busy fast so no I couldn’t sit there. She was so rude to me so we got our chai lattes that were luke warm to go. The shop was definitely cute but very rude to not accommodate a paying customer.

Dainty. Balanced. A true experience. Immersive theming and fantastic staff. The perfume dinners and high teas are delightful.

The atmosphere is Fezziwig's cannot be beat if you want an intimate coffee/tea experience. The tea service and pastries are wonderful. The shop is very cozy and usually features excellent background music.

Super cute place, highly recommend, tea or coffee, with a menu that is hearty enough for a meal if you want or have tea time with pastries.

The service was great! The ladies were so kind. Loved the ambiance, very cute decorations. I can't speak for food or snacks. I had the mint soft serve and it was unfortunately terrible. It was green but had no mint flavor.. I asked for hot fudge and the fudge was ice cold. I don't know if we'd try again to be honest!

As one would imagine, anywhere that has the bravery to name their restaurant "Fezzigwig's" better step up and deliver on such a name. No other name brings you to the feel and delight of a feast as one had by the characters in A Christmas Carole.Let me tell you, we walked away and all we could say was... Amazing! This place is just a perfect lil gem near downtown Portsmouth, NH. We walked in and we were immediately greeted and seated. They took our order promptly and then we had time to absorb the juju. Sparking lights decorate the entire space from the ceiling with walls of shelves of delightful little treats and knick-knacks one could buy... from tea to tea cups! The food was out of this world! I had the Classic Breakfast and my partner had the Mayflower Sandwich - both were absolutely delicious! I have nothing but praise for the chef.Cost - on point. Food - above par! Ambiance - delightful! Will we be back? YUP! Actually headed back to Portsmouth next week and have both brought up our excitement to eat at Fezziwig's again! See you soon!Vegetarian options: Plenty of items that would fit a vegetarian diet!Dietary restrictions: They are quite accommodating for all food restrictions. Plenty of options.Parking: Plentiful and nearby. We got a spot within a block.

Bland Mac n Cheese, and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant that had no condiments left me wanting.

Cutest little tea and crumpet cafe. The decorations is so girly and fun with coffee and tea options with pastries. Small place so hopefully you go and get a table!

Great Milan or Parisian style cafe with surprisingly finally good food. Basics with some flare. Something for everyone. Small place, so time out in the mid-afternoon for best seating.

Wonderful place for tea. Only wish we had come for lunch too! Service was so friendly. Great cup of English breakfast tea. Definitely recommend

The restaurant is adorable and quirky, and they decorated it well. The music choices were also fun and in keeping with the theme. The sandwich and salad we had were fine and the butterscotch beer was delicious. The tea service for 18 dollars a person was a bit steep, for two tiny macarons, a cookie and a muffin or scone. The chai tea latte I ordered was decent flavored but served cold and the pastries were not very good.

Food was good and the portions were the perfect size. Great service. It’s definitely more of a bar-type atmosphere because it’s pretty loud in here. Reminded me of Cheers, it seemed everyone knew each other! Will return for sure.
