These guys are just the best. Rarely would I recommend choosing a sub shop over a cheap sub at Market Basket but these guys were so on top of it, made everything fresh and quick, and did it all in a fraction of the time as it was taking across the street. You can tell they have a great hard working crew here which is rare to find these days! A+

Came in a for a sub for the first time earlier this week after my neighbor told me to try Jersey Mike's! I was running late on my lunch break, but was also starving. An employee (I think her name was Ella or Bella) was extremely helpful! She was super sweet to me and every customer before me. She convinced me to get a giant Italian and recommended I put vinegar and oil on the side for the half of it for later tonight (I ended up eating the entire thing because it was so good!). She even gave me a separate bag for a couple drinks for the rest of my work day. I appreciate the courtesy and grace from the Portsmouth Jersey Mike's and I will be back again!

This review primarily highlights Tyler. Exceptional patience and service. I went in (arguably unprepared though I thought I was!). Was hosting 25 people at my home for a grad party (not my first so when friends found out JM was coming for lunch, they were thrilled. The sub boxes are ideal. Tyler spent extensive time with me helping me understand exactly what I needed to order, how it would be divided, and the variety I was looking for (not to mention a gluten free sub in there for a child w/celiac necessitating strict separate use of equipment). He never made me feel like he was in a hurry or made me feel bad for my lack of understanding. I am so glad I went in to get my perfect order. Recommend working with Tyler any day possible! I'll add that to make thing a little more complex, I had a gift card to use up, free subs from JM Shore Points, AND I wanted to earn points on this order. Perfection, Tyler and JM!

Walked in because Dave’s was packed, just needed a quick bite, waited for a few minutes no attentive behavior from staff like hey just be a few min. No thanks I’d rather go to subway then deal with an attitude and poor communication skills.
