Always come to this location as it is in my neighborhood. Very disappointed. Bland tasting ham, provolone. Too much oil and salt. No spices even after the sub maker asked if I wanted some. I will really think twice about returning and I have been loyal customer at this and other locations.

Alex at Portsmouth was a customer service rockstar! He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. I told him I wouldn't devour my entire sub in one sitting, and he asked how much I'd eat. I said half, and he cleverly put mayo and oil on just half, with extra on the side for later. Talk about a genius move to avoid a soggy sandwich! And let's talk about this beast of a gluten-free sandwich!

Favorite Sub shop hands down. The Rosemary Parm Bread chicken bomb is my favorite. Yall need to check it out!!
It was a good sandwich, but I thought it was overpriced and there was a limited selection of vegetables which I found to be annoying given the price factor. They slice meat and cheese right in front of you per sandwich order which also made the line move a lot slower; I don't feel like normal morning prep work reduces the freshness factor. Both the Pepsi and mountain dew syrups were empty and my gf and I had to ask to get them refilled and fight the register cluster f after we had already sat. Meh I have more favorite sandwich places with better quality stuff, better service, and better prices.
They forgot my pickles but sandwich is good otherwise

Very loyal customer of Jersey Mikes. Staff is super friendly and great at accommodating my gluten allergy. They use separate tools and wipe everything down in front of me and always in stock on gluten free bread. Never have to worry when coming here!

Workers turned off grill before 8:30, 30 minutes before closing time. This is the 3rd time I’ve run into this issue. Extremely dissatisfied.
