Kilwins truffles are average and have deceptive pricing. Do not purchase the prepackaged truffles. The store charges $14.99 for 9 truffles at 4.75 oz. But the truffles in the case are only $39.99 per pound. If you purchase 9 truffles at 4.75 oz in the case, you will only pay around $11. The cheap ugly packaging isn't worth the price premium.
The owner will even reply to this that they offer a large gift package chocolate box at 8 oz for a penny less than the case, which makes their small packaging pricing even more suspect. Don't fall for it.

Very surprised that a neutral innocuous original observation warranted multiple responses from the business. At this point, it's clear that their pricing is deceptive and they want to paint it in another light.

This place is great. Offering their own ice cream, candies, and tasty treats. The customer service is superb, but you might have to make a long line on weekends. It's worth it!

Kilwins never disappoints! The staff was super friendly and was eager to help out and be of good service. I felt welcome and there were many ice cream and chocolate choices. I do recommend stopping by here for a sweet treat and I hope this place gets recognized for how cool it is!

We got the smallest size icecream they had. 1 small scoop and it was 5 dollars and some change . Rip off absolute rip off . And I got cookie dough ice cream there was not 1 piece of cookie dough in that tiny scoop they gave me. Stay away unless you want to get robbed of your money .
