I’m from Michigan so I know Kilwins and I would never get fudge that crumbled while cutting it. Must have been weeks old. Should have been thrown out a week ago.

I just paid almost $9 for one scoop of ice cream?? I get that it’s Portsmouth but have some shame. Go to Lagos get better ice cream for half the price
Lovely shop with so many delicious options to choose from! I highly recommend trying the blueberry ice cream with a waffle bowl. Looking forward to trying the cherry next time I swing by.

May. be the rudest staff of all time.
They turned the lights out and kicked people out at exact closing time. This is on top of annoyance ,rude facial expressions & a very sarcastic tone.
This is possibly the worst service i have had anywhere. The ice cream was good. The staff ( every single one) were rude & annoyed with a horrible attitude and rude taking orders 20 min before closing. . They turned the lights out right at 9:00 & came to the table to kick people out as they were finishing their ice cream. I am still in disbelief that this place has a single good review. Maybe daytime staff is not miserable.
The best hot chocolate I have ever had. It was decadent!
Just stopped by this cute chocolate shop and tried their Nutcracker fudge — loaded with walnuts, almonds and caramel. Super fresh, really smooth, and honestly one of the best fudges I’ve had. Prices are fair too, especially for fudge (and they’ve got ice cream, chocolates and sweet gift sets if you’re shopping around). Definitely recommend checking it out.
