Pink Bamboo Hot Pot Cafe

Ordered through ghub hub, and the general so chicken was just like panda express, or something you heat up from the store, egg rolls were alright, and my wife's noodles were plain. Also when did duck sauce become apple sauce?

Best crab rangoons and beef teriyaki in the immediate area. Hot pot is a fun thing to try if you’re eating in; the staff will go out of their way to help you figure it out if you’re new to the concept. They have a fun drink menu and my only sadness is that their sushi menu disappeared. I’ve been eating here for years and my friends are always stoked when I show up with a bag of Pink Bamboo.

I always love coming to the Pink Bamboo. The servers are so kind, the owner is amazing, and the quality of ingredients is perfect. I always leave here so incredibly full and happy. We’ve been coming here for at least 4-5 years and no other hot pot can compete. They may have a smaller selection of broths, but it’s worth it for the quality. Thank you Pink Bamboo for all your hospitality and can’t wait to come back soon!

Decent hot pot and eggplant

Delicious and a great value. Our server was super attentive as well. This will be a regular spot when we come to Portsmouth!

Best large egg rolls I have ever eaten. Pork lo mein is delicious. Can’t wait to try more items.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now, and IMHO, the food quality has gone up. I haven’t had a bad dish yet. Remember to order your rice separately, if you’re from outside the area, they typically don’t automatically include rice in this region

Holy hot pot! I didn’t expect to find some of the best hot pot ever in NH! Huge portions and really affordable. Big pot of hot tea just $2. Highly recommend the split broth bowl with half spicy and half regular!

NOT HUOGUO. Owner get that bag, but my fellow Asians- turn back, this ain't it.

Service was attentive and warm, but ... let's just say the folks who love hotpot at PinkBamboo are in for a real shocker if they ever go to a legit hotpot restaurant.

Their soup base is just mild chicken soup(?), no sauce station, scarce options for add-ons, not even crowndaisy... pricing is WILD for whatever this is.
