I do not know how these jerks are still in business with the way they run this place if I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! The witch at the desk completely ignored us when we came up to the desk than acted nasty, rude and treated us very disrespectful!! Atrocious service. I’ve never seen a bartender who had no one at the bar who couldn’t seem to get it together. Food was just edible. We waited way too long for a lane, while the lane sat open for thirty minutes. I wouldn’t go there again if it was the last bowling place on earth.
The female manager (Emily?) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should not work with people. Encountered her three times and she was huffy and dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Both encounters with her on Sunday, December 22 and Wednesday, January 1 left me feeling like any question was extremely overwhelming and bothersome for her.
