They are very accommodating for people with disabilities, I took my son bowling today ( my son is a 34 year old army veteran with a traumatic brain injury and is wheelchair dependent) it was great being able to take him bowling and was so easy with the wheelchair access to enter the building and a ramp to get to the floor to the lane. Bart was unfriendly and scolded me when we showed up for our reservation a day early. Repeated to me that it ‘tells you 3 times’ that we don’t do same day reservations. The reservation site in fact does say this ( you do need to scroll past the confirmation date to see it) and I did show up the wrong day. My very shy daughter felt she had to say ‘it was a mistake’ due to his rudeness and repeatedly saying ‘it says no same day 3 times’.I was able to reschedule via...read full review
