My girlfriend and I were super excited to go to this place and had a reservation booked a month in advance. Would have loved to had the try it but waited 30 minutes until we decided to just get up and leave. Mind you, we went in TWICE to ask the hostess if we could get waited on. My girlfriend went in after 20 minutes just to check. I only went back in 15 minutes later because two tables got waited on us outside immediately. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service at a restaurant that appeared to have high standard.

Absolutely love this restaurant. We eat there every year when we visit. Great food. Upscale atmosphere. Lovely and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Lovely interior decorating with comfortable seating. Our waiter Ed was kind, professional and able to put a few fun laughing moments into our evening out. His pleasant interaction made us enjoy the dinner experience even more. The preparation of the food was also well done and the wine list complimented the meal. Our dinner out after a long drive was calm and pleasant. Definitely met and exceeded our expectation. We will be returning again. Thank you!

Ask for Ed
Lobster ravioli - 5 stars
Bolognese - 3 stars (barely any meat in it, still tasty, but not what we wanted)
Drinks - 4.5 stars
The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The restaurant decor and lighting is gorgeous. The music was loud club music and we could barely hear each other.
We would go again.
Our waiter/service was incredible. Shout out to Ed. Appetizers and pre-meal “bread & oil” were lackluster to say the least in flavor and I ended up having to send the tartare back. The steak and sides were amazing. Overall though for the price, expect more and would not recommend

Incredible birthday dinner. Food was amazing, service (Steve and Sal) was top notch and unlike most restaurants. Everyone loved their plate - definitely will be back. Check it out if you’re in Portsmouth!

Server was great and our appetizer with the burrata was to die for. The tuna tartare wasn't my favorite but besides that it was a great experience
Food was great! Service was excellent! And we will definitely be back for our next celebratory dinner!
Very nice atmosphere. Upscale but not snooty about it. Was celebrating daughter’s bday and they brought over a bday card and had a nice little desert at the end. Wait staff was very attentive. The girl training was very personable and was doing a great job. Didn’t know all the answers yet but we found out together. Food was good. We all had something different. Pasta dishes were good. The brick chicken was the surprise winner of the table. Great seasoning and very juicy. A little pricey but not crazy. Worth the $. Great spot in the city. Thanks !
