Louie's Pizza & Italian Grille

I had ordered 2 subs and a chicken tender basket to share. One sub came out and the tender basket. The other sub did not come out with the food. Eventually the waitress brought the food out to another table and aid they didn’t order the sub. I said I am waiting for a chicken parm sub. The waitress brought the sub over and said I didn’t realize
You had another sub in your order. Once I took a bite out of my sub, it was the wrong sub. I had ordered a chicken parm sub and it was a meatball sub. At that point I waited for so long for my food, I just ate it bc I didn’t want to wait for it to be cooked. It was quite disappointing. They appear to be disorganized and the food was okay nothing super special about it. Just regular frozen items.

If I want Italian, this is the place I go too. The food is amazing and the owner is a sweetie and always makes me feel welcomed. Honestly, I have never been disappointed at Louie's and I will continue to go there every chance I can get.

So warm and friendly. Helpful, ie... hubby walks with cane. Owner always brings out to car. So so thankful.
Their sauce tastes better than others home cooked vs opening a plan can.

Very disappointing Greek salad with chicken for $15. Mostly iceberg lettuce, chunks of tomato, big pieces of red onion and slices of pressed chicken .
I've always had real grilled chicken on my salad.
The owner was also rude when I asked if the eggplant was frozen on the eggplant parm dinner.
He said everyone uses frozen eggplant. Sorry, I don't think that is true. My friend had a pasta dish which also had pressed chicken. No thank you, not sure what everyone is having about in their reviews.
