The facility has its days for sure, and seems to have a high turn over, and lately out of a lot of items especially vanilla which is the basis of almost all their beverages. Seems likeanagement needs a refresher course but for the most part the bearded drive thru guy is super accommodating and pleasant.
Just be prepared to wait 20 minutes- even the drive through is a minimum 10/ 15 minute wait.
I always have A great experience here. The baristas you have are such a gem! I literally had a horrible experience earlier today and after chatting with one of the young ladies, she truly brought a smile to my face, along with a great drink, and I appreciate the kindness!
