The staff are exceptionally friendly and personable, but a few are disorganized and the rest do a great job working around that. They always seem understaffed, but well managed otherwise. The donuts are over processed, but that's happening everywhere, and the coffee is great.

It is dunking, course I am getting some doughnuts. Only drawback here is the drive thru keeps them busy. It's only a few extra moments to wait, but worth it.

It was busy and they had a lot of help but they were somewhat slow.
Food, I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and hash browns neither were hot.
For the record they never are.
I met up with a couple of friends and I must say nobody wipes the tables between guests.
