In the years I've experienced fast food service, this was the worst. My online order said 5-15 minutes for pickup. That became 55 minutes. Yes, understaffed. Yes, one staff member who could care less. While a couple of staff were trying, #3 was dragging them down. One apology at 25 minutes and that was it.
