“Staff is somehow always fighting everytime I visit. The drive thru is always backed up but the lobby is usually flowing smoothly. Weird that the store is a data dead zone but their wifi works great at least? The food is usually fresh and they are good at not cross contaminating.“

“Clean restrooms, friendly and helpful staff. Cozy dining room.
Parking: Ample parking. 2 lane drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: Happy meal toys on display. Open seating floor plan is roomy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room. You could drive a four wheeler through the place.“

“The food here is great, their 5 layer burritos are awesome. Sometimes they forget to put some napkins or sauces in the bags, but that rarely happens, so a top tier place to get a bite to eat in my opinion.
Vegetarian options: To my knowledge, there aren't any vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: I mean, it's fast food, of course it isn't the healthiest. Probably not the best place to go for a diet.
Parking: Always very open, good parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have high tables and the employees are very kind to kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is good, there's a small ramp around the front to get through the door, but it may be hard to open the door, as there isn't a button for it.“

“OK...this is a review because I was impressed with the staff...the food was good...fair price..I'd go there again..BUT, I am bothering to review Subway because I received exception service. Basic customer service is a thing of the past, so when I receive good service it stands out. When I enter the shop, Daryl, the sole employee, was busy working on a phone order. Still, he looked up and welcomed me. Sadly, this is rare...employee generally don't have the basic manner to even acknowledge you. He was carefully preparing the order and redid the wrap because it didn't meet his standards. It looked fine to me, but he wanted it perfect. He changed his gloves and washed his hands and was very conscientious with regard to sanitation...(At a different Subway, I have seen a worker hand out a bathroom key in the middle of making my sandwich - I left without a sandwich) He was friendly, capable, and professional. It can get so very tiring dealing with substandard service. So, when I get good service, I leave with a smile on my face.....and I write a review. Thanks Daryl.“

“I came in today around 6:15-6:30pm and I have to say I was so impressed! it was busy, lots of cars in drive thru as well as customers in the store but my order was made very quickly and the staff were all friendly and moving so fast they were literally flying back there in the grill. I know they had to have been stressed with everything going on in the store but they didn't show it. huge props to the staff and the manager that trained them ❤️ will definitely be coming back to this location!“

“I wanted to thank the late night crew. My dog Mickey and I probably know them the least and they us….Hands down! The best service and the most understanding of ANY fast food, drive up service we have ever encountered in our “Journey of Life”!“

“Staff is usually great. The store needs so TLC though.Their soda machine always has black flakes in the drinks. Does it for multiple different drinks so it's definitely the machine itself. Their parking lot is always always covered in trash/glass/etc.“

“Friendly staff despite our of a few things and looking severely understaffed. No large drinks, out of cole slaw, out of a few sauces, and 15-20 min for a drive thru order. Nothing terrible about the staff, but management may want to review scheduling, and par levels for prep and inventory.“

“To start, I order a dinner box from here. Never had issues before and loved this location. I got my order delivered and upon ope ing my food notice the order was incorrect. Ok, no big deal, decided to eat it anyways. Got in two pieces of pizza and then discover a thick long black hair under my cheese!! I called the store and asked for a manager. The guy I spoke to said he was a manager and I informed him what happened and that I would like a refund. He then asked for order number and phone number. He said he couldn't find my order. I said well this is the order number I was given and even gave all the other info for the order. He then said he would find someone that could help me so he obviously wasn't the manager like he stated. Be put the phone down for about 2 minutes then hung up. I tried calling back and they won't answer my calls at all now. $30 down the drain. I want to vomit.“
