I ordered on the App to the Newburyport location accidentally, and the team in Stratham handled it perfectly- took care of the customer, advised me how to proceed, and did it all with a smile! “I swung by for a sub on July 3 around 12:15 PM, no issues with the staff who served me, he was very friendly and no issues with customizing my sandwich. He even checked in while I was eating there to make sure everything was good. I haven’t personally had a bad experience here, it’s just a quick no-frills sandwich stop, everything you would expect of a typical subway location. Maybe the problematic stuff has been dealt with or I’ve never run into certain staff? I’ll continue to stop here as a reliable quick lunch option.“

Great food that was SUPER FRESH and Very TASTY coupled with a full staff who were all "Extremely Friendly"! Another special mention (because you just can't be too clean these days) this was perhaps the "cleanest" and most meticulously well-kept Jersey Mikes I've been in... I will definitely be coming back! “This was one of the best Italian sausages I've ever had. It was so good with the loads of peppers and onions on it. Absolutely delicious!

In addition, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere of the boardwalk was amazing.

BUT to be honest - The first time I had the Italian sausage, the bread tasted very store bought and cold. The second time, it was very good.

At the end of the day, I would recommend this place :) The Italian sausages are pretty big so you might have to share with others.“

“One of the best locations! Ordered and paid at kiosk and food was actually brought to table! Meal was freshly made, fresh toasted bagel, hot not dripping in grease but not dry either. Perfectly crisp hashbrown. Coffee not ridiculously strong, perfect! Clean restrooms, lobby and tables. Friendly staff, polite customers.“

“The workers were accommodating of my dietary needs and answered any questions I had about the food. I’m just picky which some people get annoyed by but this subway team really was kind and helpful. The manager came around to ask if everything was okay and I told her I had a good experience, again as a picky person I just get a lot of negativity but they were so so nice! “I’ve been coming to Wendy’s every night after work cause I’m tired of eating food I work with but every time I go there I get cold fries which are one of my favorite foods. I’m tired of getting cold food and wish they would take pride in their work cause at my establishment cold food would be unacceptable and I would hope to be able to better my customers experience as a manager at my fast casual restaurant. I believe they should be throwing food out when shelf life is up and making new food to keep up with their quality“
