“The general manager is so nice!! I believe her name was Courtney (feel awful I forgot). My entire order had to be remade from a different location's error. She kindly explained that different locations have different owners so I would have had to go back to the previous location. Instead she made my entire order for me. She genuinely cared and made everything perfectly and quickly. I will only use this location now because of her. She changed my entire night around. This location is by far the best.“
“Great food but I had to be selective on the spices. The beans are good, the chicken is tender. Now if you're beef eater they also serve the beef. Great rice brown or white. l like the brown the best. Salsa, sour cream etc. Definatly would go back very busy around lunch and supper.“

“Great food, huge servings, unlimited fountain refills, bottomless fries and peanuts to crack and eat while waiting.Handcut skin on fries, really good but slightly overpriced shakes, the buns are amazing if you eat in store, they get a bit soggy if you transport them, the toppings are always fresh and crisp and the burgers...Oh My, Those Burgers! If you like smash burgers or sliders the size of smash burgers, you need to hit your nearest Five Guys. Portsmouth and Dover are both great locations.“

“Had a fantastic experience here! Stopped in while on a road trip for a bite to eat and was immediately welcomed by the employees. I got a cheeseburger and a shake and they were both incredibly good. The cheeseburger seemed super well made and fresh, and the shake tasted amazing. It was the perfect consistency. My friend said his hot dog was the perfect temperature and was super good. He also mentioned that the fountain soda was really strong and not watered down like some fountain sodas are. The manager, Jordan, came by to ask how my food was and thanked me for being there. The whole restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely choose this Five Guys; it gave the best fast food experience I've ever had. Kudos to the awesome manager and crew!“
“The food isn’t five star restaurant worthy, but it’s definitely more than worth the price. When compared to Subway, which has a very similar menu and setup it’s more fresh and tastes better. It’s in a good area to grab a seat and people watch or to leave and start looking around. The people were nice and friendly and their recommendation was very tasty.“

“This is one of the best BK's I have been to in a long time. I'm on the road day in, and day out, and have to stop in a lot of places to gram a quick bite, and to use the restroom. Out of all the BK's I've been to recently, including the ones near my home in Concord, this one was great. Awesome, friendly service, fresh, hot, good food, and pretty clean too! It was a nice change from what I am used to.“
