Service was sub-par. The registered person was unavailable, I guess, as everyone stood around looking at me. A young lady finally said someone would be right with me and apologized for the wait. Don't know why they couldn't jump in and take my order. Received my food, not cold, but far from even warm. The soda machine was out of ice and out of many flavors. This Wendy’s Restaurant is very good — honestly, don’t believe the critics. I come here often; the food is Wendy’s — so it’s delicious and is always served hot. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Today, Suvana and Curtis served me with excellent attention. (And this Wendy’s has higher reliability for their open hours versus McDonald’s at the same intersection!)

I incorrectly ordered a sandwich and they replaced it very quickly with the correct one, asking no questions. Great service, and great food. Additionally, this Wendy’s is definitely better than the Mcdonald’s across the street.
