Service was sub-par. The registered person was unavailable, I guess, as everyone stood around looking at me. A young lady finally said someone would be right with me and apologized for the wait. Don't know why they couldn't jump in and take my order. Received my food, not cold, but far from even warm. The soda machine was out of ice and out of many flavors. The place was not filthy but far from clean. Everything needed a wipe down, floors, counters, machines. Ketchup containers were gone but plenty of lids. Cup lids, I got the second to last lid for the large. Disappointing ?.

This Wendy’s Restaurant is very good — honestly, don’t believe the critics. I come here often; the food is Wendy’s — so it’s delicious and is always served hot. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Today, Suvana and Curtis served me with excellent attention. (And this Wendy’s has higher reliability for their open hours versus McDonald’s at the same intersection!)

I incorrectly ordered a sandwich and they replaced it very quickly with the correct one, asking no questions. Great service, and great food. Additionally, this Wendy’s is definitely better than the Mcdonald’s across the street.

We were looking for a breakfast sandwich and the line at McDonald’s was too long to wait. So we ventured across the circle to Wendy’s. There was nobody there and now we know why. Worst sausage, egg, and cheese English muffins we’ve ever had. And we had to wait because they had to cook one more egg. The sausage was disgusting and dry. God only knows how long it was hanging around, waiting to jump into my awful sandwich. Had hopes that one might be hot after waiting almost 10 minutes. Both sandwiches were tepid at best and the muffins so dry they crumbled. Unlikely we will return. They should stick to making lunch.

I went to Wendy's tonight up in Lee NH to get a surprise drink for my family since we dont go very often. Everyone knows that now you order at the screen before going up to the counter. I wanted to get a drink from the dispenser with our favorite vitamin water but there was no option for it to be put in. I asked for assistance with one of the workers and he told me to grab the drinks and they'll take care of it. I get the drinks and the rest of my order, and I ask them again about the drinks so that I could be charged for them accordingly.... What happened next shocked me. They told me don't worry about the drinks, just have a great night. I was so surprised. I asked if they were sure and they said absolutely. Great customer service and very generous act. I only wish I had cash or change so I could have given them a tip. But hopefully this review will help the same way. Wendy's in Lee, NH by the traffic circle, definitely recommenderecommended for its good service and amazing peppermint frosty. My first frosty in years, I approve

NO, NO, NO, JUST NO! What a disaster this place is. I've tried this place a couple of times. The latest adventure was a trip through the drive through. I ordered a combo meal. Everything in the bag was cold; there was no ketchup, no salt, no pepper, no straw, no napkins. Read the rest of the reviews and see just how bad this place is is every respect. Just ignore this place and hope it goes away.

Avoid this place for the immediate moment. There's a really bad pothole in their drive thru and it just took out my tire and damaged my rim. It's extremely deep and dangerous. Any cars lower to the ground than my Toyota Corolla will take body damage. It's crazy that this hole has been there for months and has been allowed to get this bad. I just got new tires this year so this really sucks.
