Pretty pathetic when they overcharge you, the coffee tastes burnt and cold as hell. If I wanted cold coffee I would have asked for an iced coffee. It would be one thing if this was the first time but when you even say you are overcharged they look at you like how dare you think i am wrong. Time to go back to buying Aroma Joe's I guess since they can at least get your order right.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to take home. Opened them and the bread was burned. The bacon was so burned, it looked like it had been in a fire. Through both in the trash.
To think the person who prepared these thought it was acceptable to give these to a customer is beyond my comprehension. It is the last time I will go to DD.
